With over three decades of experience in the beauty and alternative therapy industry, Vivian Van Tran has been a driving force in elevating professional standards and holistic wellness. Since beginning her career in 1993, she has successfully owned and managed multiple salons and beauty academies, combining hands-on expertise with a deep passion for education and community service.
Today, Vivian proudly serves in three key leadership roles — Beauty School Principal, Salon Operations Manager, and President of the Au-Viet Beauty & Massage Association. Her mission is to empower clients, students, and professionals in the industry through knowledge, skill recognition, and a commitment to excellence.
Vivian continues to inspire others with her vision of integrating beauty, education, and natural therapy to create lasting impact and sustainable careers.

Senior Beauty & Wellness Therapist
Hayley graduated from Australian International Skills Training (AIST) in 2010 (16 years experienced) hold Diploma of Beauty Therapy and has built an impressive career in the beauty and wellness industry. Over the years, she has worked with a number of leading day spas across Brisbane and currently practises at a specialised skin clinic while also welcoming clients at Beauty Kingdom Health Spa Retreat several days each week.
Known for her gentle approach and professional expertise, Hayley is dedicated to ensuring every client receives the highest level of care, comfort and relaxation. She finds genuine joy in helping people improve their health, confidence and overall wellbeing through personalised treatments.
